This was very interesting and I got a lot of good information I plan to share with my college staff.
This is the first time I have ever taken an online course. I know that may be hard to believe in this day and age, but any course I have taken has been at a college. It has encouraged me to want to take more on line. I love customer service and this course has inspired me to continue to learn and grow in that service.
